STEP 1 - Clergy Seminar
In this seminar, ministers will hear the proven process for spiritual and structural transformation developed by The Jesus Connection which leads to a renewal of life, ministry and witness.
STEP 2 - Covenant Commitment
Ministers evaluate what they have learned and decide to commit themselves to The Jesus Connection process through covenant agreement.
STEP 3 - Silent Prayer Retreat
The retreat is designed for Covenant Pastors in The Jesus Connection process for their personal spiritual renewal. The keynote of the retreat: "The Spirit may not give you what you want, but the silence will give you what you need."
STEP 4 - Laity Seminar
Congregational leaders attend the Laity Seminar with the ministers to learn about The Jesus Connection and how it can work in their church. Churches in process will have Laity to share stories.
